Adoptable pets from Arizona Humane Society and Maricopa County Animal Care (8/12/20)

Want to save the life of a shelter pet and bring a new best friend into your home? There are hundreds of adoptable cats and dogs awaiting a new home. Here are some of the pets waiting for a forever family at Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and Arizona Humane Society.

Third time’s the charm… that’s what the Arizona Humane Society is hoping for the adorable Labrador Retriever/ Border Collie mix named Tillman. This handsome dog first came to AHS as an injured stray back in 2017. Since then, he was adopted and returned and rehomed to another family, through no fault of his own. Tillman knows he’s a “good boy” and is very gentle with kids and even cats! He’s also house-trained and knows commands like “sit”, “stay” and “heel”.
