You’ll always feel like you’ve got an ace up your sleeve when this eight-year-old Labrador Retriever is close by. This friendly canine named Ace was not receiving the best of care in his previous home, which is when the Arizona Humane Society stepped in to help. Ace came into our care with wounds to his face and neck, and things didn’t get much easier for him after it was discovered he had a mass that needed removing. But in spite all of his hardships, Ace has remained incredibly sweet and playful. He loves to snuggle and thinks ear rubs and neck scratches are the best things in the world (treats aren’t so bad either). But while he can be quite the snuggle bug, this guy also has a lot of energy, and would benefit tremendously from a family that enjoys the great outdoors and likes tossing around tennis balls in the yard. Ace loves affection and will always let you know how much he appreciates being the treated the way he should be. Come visit him today at the Arizona Humane Society’s Sunnyslope Campus.AHS
