PHOENIX, AZ — Phoenix police say one person is in custody after a man was shot at a hotel in Ahwatukee Saturday night.
Officers responded to a shooting call at the hotel near 50th Street and Ray Road around 8:40 p.m.
When police arrived on scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound. Authorities say the man was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police said Sunday morning that a male suspect was taken into custody. His identity has not been released.
