A pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in west Chandler on Friday morning.
The Department of Public Safety said the pedestrian ran in front of the vehicle as it entered the Interstate 10 and Ray Road on ramp.
The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with troopers.
