SCOTTSDALE — Get ready to experience the motion of the ocean Thanksgiving weekend with some elusive finned friends at the OdySea Aquarium in Scottsdale!
From November 28 to December 1, you and your family can enjoy the "FIN-tastic" experience of Mermaid Magic at OdySea's Winter Waterland.
Interactions with the magical mermaids include:
- Photo opportunities with mermaids who will speak to guests while in the water or perched on a ledge at SeaTREK's Stingray Bay
- Mermaids swimming and performing in the water with sharks, rays and more sea creatures
- FREE: Magic Mermaid Cove, where you can get your hair styled just like a mermaid with washable hair colors, braids, and mermaid face paint designs
- Parents can also purchase photos of their mermaids and mermen at the "mermaid tail" photo station, also located at Mermaid Magic Cove. Meet the mystical mermaids during personal meet and greets with a "dry-side" mermaid sitting at her throne.
Winter Waterland's Mermaid Magic events are free with paid general admission to OdySea Aquarium. Magic Memories photos are optional and available for purchase.
