Valley city named 2nd best for Valentine's Day

Love is in the air.

Especially in Scottsdale.  

The Valley city ranked the second best city in the nation for Valentine’s Day 2016 by WalletHub, beat out by San Francisco for the top spot.  Chandler also made the top ten, landing in the ninth spot.

The study took into account cost, activities, gift accessibility and weather forecast.

The Valley also nearly swept the survey for the top 5 best weather forecasts for V-Day.  Scottsdale came in at number one, with Phoenix, Chandler and Gilbert all tying for third.  Laredo, TX took the number two spot.

According to the financial website, the average lovebird will spend $146.84 on their significant other.
