A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of a woman at a Scottsdale apartment complex.
Sgt. Ben Hoster said the victim first noticed 28-year-old Randall Johnson on Wednesday afternoon as she was walking her dog around the complex near Granite Reef and Indian School roads.
The woman told police she walked away after she saw Johnson inside his apartment standing behind his screen door, looking at her and masturbating.
The following day, the victim was again walking her dog when she saw Johnson in his apartment wearing a shirt and no pants as he stared at her while touching himself.
Hoster said Johnson then ran out of his apartment and came within 10 feet of the victim while masturbating.
The woman reported the incident to police, who arrested Johnson and assisted in evicting him after the incident.
Johnson is facing charges of public sexual indecency, indecent exposure, and disorderly conduct.
