SCOTTSDALE, AZ — After more than a year in the making, award-winning Chicago steakhouse Maple & Ash is getting closer to opening its Scottsdale location.
The restaurant, which has been mentioned as one of the top steakhouses in the country, will be opening in the Scottsdale Waterfront in space formerly occupied by the Wildfish Seafood Grille. It is expected to open in this fall.
Maple & Ash will hire 100 people for this first Arizona location. The company will be holding a hiring event June 4-5 at Dakota in Scottsdale.
Maple & Ash said it will be hiring all front-of-house and back-of-house positions for the upcoming restaurant.
