MADERA CANYON, AZ — A bear was spotted walking the Proctor parking area of Madera Canyon in southern Arizona on Sunday.

According to Arizona Game and Fish, bear sightings are common in Madera Canyon, which is located south of Tucson.
In addition to bears, visitors may also see mountain lions, bobcats, foxes, turkeys, coatimundis, and deer in the area.
