Officials in Pima County are investigating the suspicious death of a man who was found early Monday morning in Marana.
According to the Pima County Sheriff's Department, around 8:53 a.m. a dead body was found near the 8000 block of Dakota Plains Trail.
Deputies said the man's body was in "an advanced state of decomposition." The identity of the man is unclear as is his cause of death. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
Deputies are investigating but encourage anyone with information to contact 911 or 88-CRIME.
