TUCSON, AZ — A fast food chain is offering a major new benefit to its employees.

Chipotle's newly-announced "debt-free degree" program offers free tuition toward 78 degree programs at several nonprofit universities, including the University of Arizona.

A spokesperson for the company said Tucson Chipotle employees who have worked at the restaurant for at least 120 days can earn one of 14 degrees at UA for free by taking classes either online or in-person.

The Chipotle spokesperson says they have 2,630 employees in Arizona, 281 of which are in Tucson.
