PINAL COUNTY, AZ — Two men have been arrested after a body was found in a wash in Pinal County on Thursday.

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office says the body of 48-year-old Troy Beebe, of Casa Grande, was located in the Santa Cruz Wash near Anderson Road, south of the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway on Thursday morning. The wash is located north of Casa Grande.

PCSO believes Beebe was the victim of a vehicular assault near his home, and his body was relocated to the wash area.

PCSO has since arrested 37-year-old Robin Franklin and 36-year-old John Radcliff, both facing charges for first-degree murder.

"Our hearts go out to the family of Mr. Beebe, as they deal with the loss of a loved one," said Sheriff Mark Lamb. "I want to thank all of our staff involved in investigating this case. Within hours, they were able to track down both suspects and take them into custody. Hopefully, this will bring the victim's family some closure.”

Details on what happened leading up to the vehicular assault have not been released.
