Are you looking for a new job or even a new career?

The coronavirus pandemic may be pushing many people into industries they never thought possible to get hired in before.

The Rebound Arizona committed to getting you back to work by showcasing companies who are hiring right now in the Valley.

"Just about every aspect of our business is growing," said AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation Executive Vice President Bryan Owen.

While some places have closed due to the pandemic and many people have been laid off, businesses like AmeriSave are struggling to keep up with the demand and now need more people.

"We focus on refinances and purchases of homes, trying to help out when we can to lower payments or get people into a home that's affordable," Owen explained.

The Phoenix housing market is still incredibly hot during the pandemic. That means, the company is looking to hire thousands of workers right now.

"We're trying to add 500 of those folks in the greater Phoenix area and, quite frankly, I'd like to hire all 2,000," Owen said.

He also advised, do not let the word 'mortgage' scare you off from applying. They need help in all departments and are willing to work with a promising new hire.

"We just train people from the ground up," Owen explained. "So, if you don't have any experience at all and you're a great person, that's who we want."

They are offering up to $10,000 signing bonuses for some who have more experience.

Owen also said, they want to give people the option to keep working from home once businesses return to the office. He said, they want to make their employees happy.
