PHOENIX — A man has been arrested after a Halloween night shooting near 91st Avenue and Indian School Road in west Phoenix.

It happened just after 5 pm., near 91st Avenue and Indian School Road, according to Phoenix police.

When officers arrived, two adults were found with at least one gunshot wound. They were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to police.

One of the victims, Shondra Lynn Pregler, did not survive her injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The other victim, a man, has since been arrested and booked for second-degree murder, police announced Sunday night.

The shooting remains under investigation.
