APACHE JUNCTION, AZ — Early Saturday morning, fire crews responded to a house fire near Broadway and Ironwood in Apache Junction with reports of a person trapped inside.
Superstition Fire & Medical District says the person was removed from the back of the home while crews worked to put out the fire.
The person was hospitalized and is in critical condition, according to the fire district.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
