If you suffered from adverse side effects from the Zostavax shingles vaccine, you may have a legal claim. The vaccine contains a live virus which is allegedly too potent for certain individuals. This has resulted in an adverse shingle shot reaction for individuals within 6 months of having the vaccine administered. Long-term injuries including neurological damage have also been reported. Filing a lawsuit could help recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, permanent disability, wrongful death, and more.
