A driver going the wrong way on Loop 101 collided with another vehicle by Broadway Road on Sunday morning.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said just before 5:30 a.m. they received a report of a car heading southbound in the northbound lanes on Loop 101 near McDowell Road.
Minutes later the wrong-way driver collided with another car near Broadway Road, according to DPS.
DPS said minor injuries were reported from the incident.

It is unclear whether the wrong-way driver or occupants of the other car involved were hurt.
The wrong-way driver is being investigated for DUI, according to officials.
Last weekend, 19-year-old Jahine Gregg was charged with aggravated DUI and multiple counts of endangerment after he nearly collided with multiple drivers while heading eastbound on the westbound lanes of Loop 202.

Gregg then collided with a car head on which left three hurt.
This is just one of several recent wrong-way accidents that have happened around the Valley.
