Warner Bros., DC Comics, and SON Events all teamed up to create the Wonder Woman Run that will be held at Tempe Beach Park this Sunday at 9 a.m.
Those who are participating in the 5K or 10K run will receive a wonder woman kit that includes a wonder woman t-shirt, commemorative tote bag, wrist cuffs, and of course, a DC Wonder Woman Run finisher’s medal. They also have the option to upgrade their attire by shopping for other Wonder Woman gear at their shop.
Participants have the option to either run or walk the course. Before the race, they have a wall of inspiration where people write why they believe they are a wonder woman themselves. If you’re lucky, you’ll even see wonder woman herself and be able to snap a photo with her. They also have props all over for all your photo op needs!
As if that wasn’t enough, after the race they have a concert waiting for participants at the finish line.
