The Woodbury Fire has been burning since the beginning of June, devastating tens of thousands of acres in the Superstition Mountains area.

Evacuation information: All evacuations in the Roosevelt Lake area have been lifted. The Gila County Call Center (928-402-8888) will remain open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for information about re-entry procedures. For fire related questions, call 505-399-2439.

Closures and restrictions:

  • State Highway 188 is now fully open from Globe to Payson with temporary reductions in speed.
  • SR 88 remains closed from milepost 213 at Tortilla Flat to SR 188 at Roosevelt.
  • The Tonto National Monument remains closed.
