A Tempe man has been arrested for allegedly entering a stranger's apartment, pooping on the floor, and trying to get into bed with a female resident.
Tempe police report that at about 2:45 a.m. on June 24, Marco Lopez Perez, 22, entered an apartment near Rural Road and Apache Boulevard.
Police say he entered without permission and pooped on the floor and then attempted to get into bed with a female resident. Perez and the female victim do not know each other.
Perez left the home as the residents called the police. As the residents were talking with the police, Perez returned and was reportedly spotted walking by the apartment. The woman told police, “That’s him, that’s the guy who was inside my room."
According to the police report filed, Perez was under the influence of either drugs or alcohol at the time.
Perez was arrested for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
