A Phoenix man was arrested after he allegedly killed two cats that belonged to him and his girlfriend.
Phoenix police report that on May 19 at about 1 a.m. they responded to a domestic violence call near 48th Street and Baseline Road.
Inside the apartment, they found two dead cats, one had been strangled and the other was stabbed.
The resident, 24-year-old Ravyn Steve Joe, reported to police that the cats belonged to him and his live-in girlfriend. He allegedly admitted to police that he killed both of the cats.
He has been charged with two counts of cruelty to animals.
