Police arrest men hiring children for sex and both admit to having sex with children before.

Phoenix police answered and placed advertisements on Craigslist.com searching for people who use it to seek out underage girls for sex.

In one instance police arrested 66-year-old Richard Popp, who allegedly posted an ad asking, "Do you want to do taboo?" Police, posing as a married couple who just moved to the Valley with two young daughters, answered the advertisement. In their response, they reportedly told Popp that they were about to run an ad, "to look for some family fun for our two girls."

During their conversation, Popp reportedly told the undercover officers that he had been in contact with various young girls from his ad. He specifically referenced 12-year-old from Bullhead City, Arizona.

Another man arrested was Gregory Thomas Rosky, age 55. He answered the ad, placed by police, offering $100 to meet with both girls at the same time. He allegedly told the undercover officers that he had relations before with preteen daughters of a friend.

Both men were arrested on April 20 in North Phoenix and face charges of attempted sexual conduct with a minor and child prostitution.
