PHOENIX — A man was arrested for walking into a church service naked, according to court documents.
Phoenix police report that they arrested 38-year-old Kodjovi Adande near 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road last week for exposing himself to two women.
Police realized Adande was also the man who walked into Saint Simon and Jude Catholic Church, completely naked, in December.
Police say he exposed himself to about 50 church members, including children attending the service at the time.
Adande was escorted from the church but drove away before police arrived.
Court records show that Adande has a history of this behavior with two other incidents occurring in 2017.
He has been charged with several counts of indecent exposure.
