A Phoenix man has been arrested after exposing himself to two girls at a park in west Phoenix.

Police say the man exposed himself to two girls outside the bathroom doorway at a west Phoenix park, and it's not the first time.

On May 15. the suspect, 30-year-old Jesus Emanuel Neva Torres, was seen laying outside the bathrooms at Marivue Park near 57th Avenue and Osborn Road for hours.

As the two girls, ages 11 and 15, went into the bathroom, Torres reportedly followed them inside. Police say the girls yelled at him and he left. He positioned himself in the doorway of the men's room which faces the doorway of the ladies room. As the girls came out, he pulled down his pants exposing himself to them.

Police say Torres left the area but returned a few hours later. Witnesses contacted police who captured Torres.

Torres is being held without bond two counts of indecent exposure. He also had a warrant for arrest for prior similar crimes.
