PHOENIX — An Avondale woman was arrested for reportedly stealing Botox services from a Phoenix spa.

Phoenix police report that on May 7, they responded to Suddenly Slimmer Day and Med Spa near 32nd Street and Indian School Road for a reported theft.

Police say 36-year-old Lindsey Mary Kane allegedly used a fake name, date of birth and address to obtain services from the spa. She also reportedly left the spa without paying for more than $1,800 worth of Botox treatments.

According to the owner of the spa, Kane "had 60 units of Botox and 2 Juvederm Vollure Dermal Filler."

When contacted at her Avondale home, Kane allegedly admitted to leaving without paying for the services saying, "she didn't know what had come over her."

Court records show that Kane was recently arrested for shoplifting and possession of dangerous drugs.

Kane is now being held without bond for theft.
