PHOENIX — Police arrested a man who allegedly groped two women on a city bus in Phoenix Friday night.
Phoenix police report that Friday night, 30-year-old Joseph Marcus Dominguez, groped two women while on a city bus near 22nd Street and McDowell Road.
The victims reportedly told police that Dominguez made sexual comments to them while inappropriately touching them.
Police say Dominguez told detectives that he does not remember the incident. However, police say two other witnesses and security footage confirmed the victim’s allegations.
Dominguez was arrested for assault and sexual abuse.
