A 19-year-old was arrested after shooting a cat eight times with a pellet gun.
Phoenix Police report that Monday afternoon they arrested Jacob Jerome Garcia, for reportedly shooting his roommate's cat with a pellet gun.
Police say Garcia used two pellet guns to shoot the cat striking it eight to nine times.
After the roommate found out, they took the cat to a veterinarian who reportedly removed eight pellets from the cat.
Garcia was arrested for animal abuse.
