A man, hired to photograph models, is accused of inappropriately touching one of his female clients.

Phoenix police report that on July 12 they arrested 39-year-old Ian Kirkland Isaac. Police say Isaac met a woman at an event where he shot several pictures of her. He offered to take more photos of the woman to help her with her modeling portfolio.

When they met on February 2, Isaac suggested she put oil on her legs, saying it would help with the quality of the photographs. As he put on the oil, he allegedly inappropriately touched her.

The victim told police she froze at first but then pushed his hand away. She was able to make up an excuse and leave the shoot, near 7th Avenue and Roosevelt Street.

Upon his arrest, Isaac reportedly admitted to his actions. He has been charged with sexual abuse.
