A north Phoenix man who runs an adult care facility has been arrested for giving LSD to a young teenaged neighbor.
Phoenix police report that Sean Michael Fricker, age 21, was arrested this week on a bench warrant, after failing to appear for a court date.
Fricker is accused of providing four tablets of LSD to a 13-year-old neighbor boy who came to his home to play video games.
After his arrest, Fricker allegedly admitted to "allowing the victim access to the tablets of LSD." The victim, who wanted to try the drug, was taken to two different hospitals to recover.
Fricker, who runs an adult caregiver facility near 7th Street and Greenway Parkway, has been charged with child abuse.
