PHOENIX — A man was arrested after police say he groped a woman inside a West Phoenix laundromat.
Phoenix police report that early on Saturday morning, officers responded to a laundromat near 35th Avenue and Van Buren Street on a sexual abuse call.
A woman there reportedly told police that she was groped by a man, later identified as 38-year-old Francisco Javier Ruiz Lopez.
Police say Lopez was located sitting in his car outside a mobile home park about four miles away, with his pants off.
Lopez allegedly admitted to groping the woman, but claimed: "she told him to do it."
Lopez was arrested for sexual abuse.
