PHOENIX — While serving a warrant for child pornography, investigators found an underage boy, allegedly the suspect's boyfriend, living in the suspect's home.
Phoenix police report they served a warrant Tuesday morning at a home near 40th Street and Greenway Road.
Police say they were investigating a case where multiple child pornography files were downloaded and traced to the home of 24-year-old Phelan Steven Bennett.
Bennett allegedly admitted to having an underage "boyfriend" living in his home. Additionally, police say they found sexual images on Bennett's phone that were created in his bedroom.
Police say the bed sheets in the photos match the bed sheets in Bennett's room.
Bennett was arrested for multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and sexual conduct with a minor.
He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
