A man was arrested in Phoenix for harassing a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge.

On September 11, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office court security division was contacted by a superior court judge saying she was being harassed by 44-year-old Gordon Daniel Rose.

The judge recently took over a family court case involving Rose.

The judge accused Rose of harassing her through numerous phone calls, emails and social media posts. Authorities say Rose used social media to accuse the judge of corruption and illegal activity and demanded that she resign.

Rose has also allegedly begun contacting places where the judge's children go to, again leaving harassing messages and asking for the judge by name.

MCSO detectives located and arrested Rose on Sunday at a friend’s home, near 23rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
