TEMPE, AZ — A woman was arrested for DUI in Tempe with three pre-schooled aged children in her car, according to court paperwork.
MCSO reports that at about 1 a.m. on Sunday a deputy pulled over a car driven by Shandrea Domingo, age 26.
MCSO says Domingo was driving erratically in the area of Rural Road and Rio Salado Parkway.
Domingo was said to be "fumbling with paperwork" after the deputy requested her driver's license.
Domingo allegedly told the deputy that she was drinking earlier in the day, but thought she waited long enough before she left the bar.
MCSO says her preliminary blood test showed her B.A.C. level to be .14.
Domingo was reportedly driving with three small children in the car, ages 1, 3, and 6 months.
She has been charged with aggravated DUI.
