PHOENIX — A man is dead after a shooting early Saturday morning in north Phoenix.
Police say they received a report of a shooting near 19th Avenue and Union Hills Drive around 3 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found a man had been shot. He has since been identified as 18-year-old Joshua Carter.
Phoenix firefighters pronounced Carter dead at the scene.
No information has been provided on a possible suspect at this point.
The shooting remains under investigation.
