PHOENIX — A man was arrested for exposing himself to two sisters while they were walking to school.
Phoenix police report that on November 14, Benjamin Nick Torrez, 35, lowered his pants and boxer shorts, exposing himself to two girls near 107th Avenue and Indian School Road.
The sisters, ages 17 and 14, were walking to their high school when the incident occurred.
Police say Torrez was about 20 feet away from the girls when he exposed himself and then chased after them for a while.
Torrez was captured by police a short distance away.
He has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
