According to court documents, Little was a "church volunteer who works with children" and a "volunteer with the Girl Scouts." The aerospace engineer was also a foster parent. The children he was fostering have since been taken from the home.

Little was arrested on July 11 and given a $75,000 bond.

His wife Leslie who, in an interview with ABC15, denied knowing anything about the abuses saying Little was living "a double life."

She has since been arrested for failure to report child abuse.
