Every Friday we're looking for your help to track down fugitives in Arizona.

Wanted: Richard Cueva

Charges: Probation violation on original charges of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

It was May 9, 2003, when it was reported to police that a family friend, Richard Cueva, who was 36 years old at the time, sexually assaulted a young teenage girl.

The girl's mother found love letters Cueva wrote to her.

In one letter, Cueva told the girl they needed to break up because, 'he is too young to settle down.'

When confronted about the relationship, Cueva also threatened the mother with a knife.

He also threatened to kill other family members if the girl told them about the sexual assault.

Cueva pleaded guilty to attempted sexual conduct with a minor and was sentenced to 13 years in prison and lifetime probation.

He has now fled and failed to report to the Adult Probation Department.

He was last seen on February 14, 2018. Cueva is 50 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
