Wanted: Steven Andrew Rubio, AKA "Lion King"
Charges: Probation violation on original charges of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.
On February 19, 2014, Steven Andrew Rubio was caught in Peoria for an outstanding warrant in Tempe. Rubio was accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl in 2013. He was 19 at the time.
The girl was a runaway and told him she was 14. Rubio admitted to the sexual encounter but claimed he thought she was 16-years-old.
He was sentenced to lifetime probation which began on February 2, 2015, but is now missing having last checked in on May 24 of this year.
Rubio is 24 years old, 5-feet, 8-inches tall, and weighs 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
