A man responsible for 15 armed robberies in the east Valley has been arrested by the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force.
According to the FBI, 23-year-old Aaron Vasquez was arrested Friday.
The FBI, along with investigators from the Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Tempe police identified Vasquez as "the man responsible for at least 15 armed robberies of fast food restaurants from September 13, 2017, until July 19, 2018."
"This is another example of Arizona law enforcement agencies working together to protect our communities from violent crime," said FBI Special Agent Michael DeLeon.
Vasquez has been charged in Federal court.
