A man indicted on child sex charges is 'on the run,' according to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
35-year-old Chad Andrew Berkley was indicted on 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He's accused of downloading child pornography onto his computer and cell phone.
After his arrest he was released on a $10,000 bond, and now can't be located. A Pima county judge has issued an order for his arrest.
His last known address was in Tucson.
Berkley is also a convicted sex offender pleading guilty in 2005 to a sexual offense involving a child.
