Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a Tempe-based service provider with a large footprint across the Southwest, has acquired San Antonio, Texas-based Will’s All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning.
The acquisition expands Goettl’s footprint into the Lone Star State, and the company plans to market its brand to San Antonio and surrounding Texas cities in the first quarter of 2020.
Goettl already has a presence in Arizona, California and Nevada.
“This acquisition expands our footprint in the Southwest, bringing our services to the San Antonio region, and is the first step in bringing our brand and unique service offerings to Texas,” Ken Goodrich, Goettl CEO, said in a statement. “I chose to partner with Will Hawkins and the team at Wills All Pro when I met them and understood they do things the right way, not the easy way.”
