Two Valley marijuana dispensaries and a 27,000-square-foot growing facility are set to be acquired by one of the country’s largest vertically integrated cannabis operators.
Chicago-based Cresco Labs Inc., which is publicly traded on the Canadian stock exchange and on the over-the-counter market in the U.S., said Monday that it will acquire Tryke Cos. LLC of Las Vegas for $282.5 million.
The deal is expected to close during the first half of 2020.
Tryke owns and operates the Reef Dispensary brand of marijuana dispensaries in Arizona and Nevada.
