The city of Phoenix has plenty of high-profile executives and some familiar names on the Business Journal's new ranking of the 25 highest-paid employees.
Phoenix City Manager Ed Zuercher is on this year's list, as is Assistant City Manager Milton Dohoney, Police Chief Jeri Williams, Fire Chief Kara Kalkbrenner and Assistant City Manager Deanna Jonovich.
As of July, the city of Phoenix employed 14,821.
Of those positions, 14,129 were full-time and 692 were part-time.
