Phoenix-based Sun Devil Auto Service has been acquired by New York-based private equity firm Greenbriar Equity Group LP.
Sun Devil Auto, which operates outside Arizona as Sun Auto Service, has 32 locations across the Valley, as well as sites in Las Vegas and Austin, Texas.
Sun Devil Auto will be part of GB Auto Service Inc., a Greenbriar portfolio company.
With the acquisition, GB Auto has more than 60 tire and automotive service facilities.
