Southwest Airlines has raised fares $5 across its network, except for flights to Hawaii, according to industry analysts.
The Southwest Airlines Co. fare raise was matched by Delta Air Lines Inc. and United Airlines Holdings Inc., according to a research note by JPMorgan analysts.
This was the first broad-based Southwest fare raise since May when Southwest and American Airlines Group Inc. spearheaded a fare increase.
Southwest is the second-largest carrier operating out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
