More than 50 new restaurants opened throughout metro Phoenix during December, according to company announcements, media reports and Phoenix Business Journal research.
Among the new eateries in town are Mexico-based pop culture-focused ComicX, which opened its first U.S. location in Phoenix at Desert Ridge Marketplace.
Also, Jollibee, a fast-food chain from the Philippines opened its first in the Valley in Chandler.
Also in December, popular breakfast restaurant Snooze an A.M. Eatery opened its sixth Valley location on the ground floor the Stewart, an $80 million mixed-use development in downtown Phoenix.
