Construction of Arizona State University's new residence hall in downtown Phoenix is well underway, and the architectural design firm, Phoenix-based Studio Ma Inc., has unveiled what it will look like.

The 283,000-square-foot building is expected to open in fall 2021.

Last March, when ASU President Michael Crow told Phoenix Business Journal about the new housing structure, he estimated it would cost about $130 million to develop.
