Lingerie and risqué Halloween costume manufacturer Yandy.com is expanding its headquarters after moving to a new building on the southwest side of Phoenix.

Yandy has leased 51,962 square feet with plans to expand to 78,000 square feet at the Hopewell 67 industrial building near 67th Avenue and Van Buren Street.

The company had been searching for a new headquarters for a year, and previously had a deal fall through as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We were very close to a deal earlier this year in Deer Valley that fell through as a result of the coronavirus,” Justin Himelstein, senior vice president at Transwestern, who provided site selection service for Yandy, said in a statement. “After drastically expanding our search to include other submarkets, we identified a more efficient building with ample growth opportunity.”
