LGE Design Build and developer Creation have begun construction on a 388,621-square-foot industrial and office complex in Glendale.
The Northern 101 Commerce Center will include four buildings on a 30-acre site west of Loop 101 and south of Northern Avenue.
The project was designed by Phoenix-based LGE Design Group, LGE’s in-house architecture firm.
“As the Glendale industrial market continues to boom, many of the already-standing spaces are functional, but LGE sought to bring modern design to the area in addition to seamless functionality,” said David Sellers, president and CEO of LGE Design Build and founding partner of Creation, in a statement. “Northern 101 Commerce Center is built with e-commerce and distribution at the forefront, while LGE Design Group’s masterful design creates an eye-catching first impression for future tenants.”
