Magellan Health Inc. said Friday that a ransomware attack discovered on April 11 may have affected some customers’ personal information.
The compromised information included names and one or more of the following: treatment information, health insurance account information, member IDs, other health-related information, email addresses, phone numbers and physical addresses.
Some Social Security numbers also were affected, Magellan said.
The Scottsdale-based managed care giant said it has no evidence any personal data has been misused.
